We were delighted with our stay in Edinburgh. The hotel's location was perfect, just off the bustling Royal Mile, allowing us easy access to everything the city has to offer. Our room had a magnificent view of Edinburgh Castle, which we could enjoy from the comfort of our bed. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, with heated floors and a luxurious tub. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. our experience was top-notch.

The spa facilities were not up to par. The pool was crowded and lacked relaxation areas, and the sauna had an unpleasant smell.

From the moment I arrived, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. The room itself was large and comfortable, with a stunning view of the castle. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. The highlight of my stay was dining at The Pompadour restaurant, where the food was top-notch and the ambiance was elegant.

The room size and limited hot water in the shower were minor inconveniences.

This hotel exceeded our expectations for a luxurious and memorable stay. the exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa lounge, and treatment rooms were all exceptional. the staff provided top-notch service and made us feel like royalty during our stay. the restaurant offered delicious meals and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited entertainment options on site. this did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel, as there were plenty of activities to enjoy nearby.

The hotel's location was perfect, with stunning views of the castle. It was also conveniently situated near excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast provided was delicious and catered to all dietary needs. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

We were a bit disappointed with the size of the rooms. They were smaller than expected for a luxury hotel, and the air conditioning system was a bit outdated, making it difficult to control the temperature properly.

I had the most memorable stay at the beautiful Waldorf Astoria in Edinburgh. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The reception was stunning, and the staff were always available to assist and answer any questions. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a fabulous en-suite. The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions and right on Princes Street for shopping and dining. I had a truly perfect experience at this multi-award-winning hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Nothing it was perfect.

We were treated exceptionally well, with the manager going above and beyond to make us feel important. The room had a stunning view of the fireworks each night and was comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food and the hotel provided lovely extras like scotch and fresh fruit. We would definitely return to this elegant and gracious establishment.

Excellent room and location, great breakfast. Staff very happy to recommend dishes. Smileys and pleasant, couldn't do enough. Perfect for shopping and old town. Beautiful Art Deco features, comfy beds. Wonderful cooked breakfast. Daughter's birthday surprise was appreciated. Lovely staff.

Upon arriving at our hotel, we were greeted by friendly and efficient staff. the room was luxurious and the amenities were exceptional, including the spa and wellness center with a full body massage. We also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant with its delicious cuisine and top-notch service. the location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and entertainment.

Despite this, the hotel staff was quick to address the problem and provided us with a solution.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great amenities such as a coffee maker and complimentary water. the hotel had a beautiful architectural design and was nicely decorated for the Christmas season. the pool, steam room, sauna, and Jacuzzi were clean and enjoyable to use.

there was a mix-up with my room request, which took a long time to rectify.

Excellent service from the door to check-in. Immaculately dressed staff.
